for an unknown reason it would not allow me to provide my operating system (which is Windows 11) or the product I own (which is on HP DeskJet 4100 All-in-One).
While at Staples I picked up an HP instant Inc. get a $10 credit towards HP instant Inc card. I tried scanning the QR code, but it’s not allowing me to use it because I am already enrolled (enrolled two days ago and have not received anything yet or been billed). is there anyway to be
able to use this $10 credit?
Thank you for any suggestions or input into this matter.

It sounds like you're trying to use a $10 credit from the HP Instant Ink promotion, but you're running into a bit of a hiccup because you're already enrolled. No worries, there’s a simple fix!
Log in to the HP Instant Ink Account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
- Log in with your account credentials (the ones you used to enroll in the service).
Redeem the Promo Code:
Once logged in, navigate to the Account Settings or Billing section.
Look for an option to redeem a promo code or apply a discount.
Note: If you already had an Instant Ink account, this code will not work because sometimes it only works for new users.
