Hi @Niya7874,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

You cancelled your HP Instant Ink subscription on May 9th, but noticed your credit card was charged again on June 13th, even though your account shows the subscription as cancelled.

Here’s how the billing usually works:

📅 How HP Instant Ink Billing Works:

  • HP bills at the end of each monthly cycle for the pages you used during that billing period.
  • So, the June 13th charge likely covers the final billing cycle that ended after your May 9th cancellation date.
  • You are usually able to use the service until the end of your billing cycle, even if you cancel mid-cycle.

What You Can Do:

  • Log in to your HP Instant Ink account and check:
    • Your billing history.
    • The exact end date of your subscription.
  • If you're still unsure about the charge or believe it's incorrect,

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

My billing cycle had ended. I shouldn't have been charged.

My billing cycle date ended June 1st. I was charged on June 13th. How do I go about getting the refund.

Hi @Niya7874,

Thank you for getting back. Please help me with the Instant Ink ID or Serial number of the printer, so I can check the details, and I can help you better with this information. And do not share any details in public. Reach us in a private message so we can check the account and help you with all the information.
