When i first suscribed this service i was told via email that my plan which was €9.99 per 300 Pages per month would be maintened for 4 years. The Next month the price went up to 11.99, which contradits what i was assured of on the email. I have tried Many Times to report this but never got any response. I am disappointed with the service and i think the treament of my situation was entirely irresponsable. I have never been given any answer and the service doenst seem to have a department to handle this situations.i just wanted an answer to my communications and not talk to an automatic support service that can't handle the case. Please help me speak to someone to whom i can ecpose my case and present me with a Reply. Thank you.
