Hi @alyssamarieb,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code GPS001 on an HP printer, such as your HP OfficeJet 5200 series, typically indicates an issue with the connection to the HP Instant Ink servers. This can prevent you from successfully enrolling or managing your HP Instant Ink subscription. Here are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. You can test this by trying to print a status report from the printer's control panel or attempting to use other online services from the printer.

Restart Your Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help resolve temporary connectivity or software issues.

Update Printer Firmware: Outdated firmware can cause compatibility issues with HP Instant Ink services. Check for firmware updates from the printer's control panel under the settings or maintenance menu.https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Disable Web Services and Re-enable: Sometimes, turning off the web services and then turning them back on can help reset the connection to HP services. You can do this from the printer's control panel.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
