Why on earth do I need a subscription plan for an item that barely operates. You lift a lid and there are alarms, you place the paper in the paper tray, there are alarms, you try to print there are alarms, you try to scan there are alarms! I have used the machine a total of four to six times last year with much trepidation. After using for only two to three jobs I needed a new cartridge??? I am talking less than ten pages per job with minor graphics. Well this waste of money and space got me tonight with yet again another simple task of printing out five pages and then trying to scan them back in. I used to work at kinkos and I am not an idiot. I know HIGHWAY ROBBERY when it is happening.
