HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I updated my payment method for my subscription yesterday, but my printer is completely broken and I wasn't even able to print anything at all. I canceled the subscription immediately but I was still charged. How can I get a refund?

Hi @heatherbisacca,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that the printer stopped working, you cancelled the subscription, and a charge was still processed.

Please confirm the following so we can check the situation more closely:

  • Was the subscription HP Instant Ink or HP All-In Plan for Print?
  • What exactly is happening with the printer?
  • Is there an error message on the printer or in the HP app?
  • Does the payment appear as pending or completed?
  • What is your country or region?
  • When was the subscription cancelled?

Please also provide the serial number of the printer registered to the subscription through a private message only: click the private message icon. Do not post the serial number, billing information, email address, or payment details publicly.

Once we have the above information, we can determine the appropriate assistance for the subscription and printer issue.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
