Hello,

 

Been happily using instant ink for several years now. No issues and loving the service.

I logged into my dashboard today to check when more cartridges would be shipped, and I see that all of my information (back to 2016) is gone and it says that my account was cancelled. When I check the status of my printer it says "Ready for instant ink, go here to enroll"

 

Please keep in-mind, that I just printed pages earlier this same day. And I paid my subscription earlier this month. What in the world happened to my account?!

This is really strange, if I view the printer's internal status webpage via System Preferences -> Printers ->  Options & Supplies -> Show Printer Webpage

 

The page shows that I'm still enrolled in Instant Ink...

So again, I need to know what's going on with my account, and I need to able to print, this is rather urgent.

This is a fairly serious problem, there seems to be no human available during the weekend.
