HP Recommended

I received a new printer that has an issue inserting the ink cartridge. I reached out to support to replace the printer, the weirdest thing I have ever heard is that I have to run my credit card that used to get the printer in order for them to replace it after being on a 1 hour and 45 minutes that process did not work. I still have a printer that is useless. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I got the run around and was told a supervisor will call me back. Guess what they did not happened after speaking to two customer service representatives. I'm done
