I received an email from HP stating that they will be..."updating the price of your Instant Ink plan for your OfficeJet 3830"
In doing so they laid out the pricing for a yearly plan.
I am wanting to switch to the yearly plan.
How do I go about doing this?
It is not shown as an option when I try to change only the number of paged are allowed to be changed....?

We understand that you would like to switch from a monthly Instant Ink plan to a yearly plan. However, after checking, the yearly plan option is currently not available for your printer/account.
As plan availability can vary based on the printer model, region, and account eligibility, we recommend contacting the HP Instant Ink Support Team directly for further assistance.

We understand that you are trying to update the plan from monthly plan to yearly plan. However, after checking your profile, we could see that the yearly plan options aren't available yet. In the meantime, we would still request that you check the dashboard once again from your end as mentioned in the private message if you get the option to update to the yearly plan.
I have sent you a private message to you with the dashboard details. Please do check and give us an update.
