Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

  • Open your browser settings and clear cache & cookies.
  • Restart the browser and try logging in again.

  • If possible, attempt logging in from a mobile device or another computer.

Reset Your Password

  • Go to the Instant Ink login page and click Forgot Password.
