A report...My printer mysteriously disconnected from Instant Ink on December 20, 2020. It refused to sync, and the connect button was grayed. Today is February 2022. I have logged countless hours with HP support. They sent me a new head. New ink twice. They ordered me to reconfigure my own WIFI, which impacted several devices on my network. Nothing worked. Today on this thread HP Instant Ink Disabled in web services - HP Support Community - 7884152 I discovered that all I ever needed to do was to cancel my Instant Ink subscription all the way to where HP wishes me au revoir, and then reconnect again on the accounts page. Immediately, my account synced with my printer. Why the HP techs never suggested this easy fix is beyond me. But here's to all you who might be struggling with the same issue.
