Hello, my printer is no longer able to print in color as the cartridge commits an e0 error which blocks the printer and I am forced to remove it to print only in black and white. Please I would like to receive a new cartridge with my paid Instant Ink program

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting an E0 error, I am glad to assist you.
- An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
- This occurs when one or both ink cartridges need attention. Reseat both cartridges,
- Clean the ink cartridge contacts,
- Restart the printer.
