It really would be nice if HP Support could answer simple questions that a bot just doesn't handle. Ok, that complaint expressed, two issues:
1. My HP OfficeJet 8020e failed (bad black printhead) I have taken it offline and removed all of the inkjet cartridges and returned them to HP. I still have 4 unused cartridges IN THE PACKAGING. I requested materials to return them. That return envelope says to return ONLY EMPTY cartridges in it. How do I get materials to return ink cartridges that are brand new?
2. Of course, I keep getting emails from HP saying I have cartridges in the 8020e and that I may not use any Instant Ink cartridges! How do I get HP to realize that I DO NOT have Instant Ink in that printer (that is no longer usable anyway)!
Thanks for your suggestions!
