IMG_6793.jpegI I I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to reset my printer, and when I did, it gave me an HP instant ink cartridge error message. Normally, you can click "ok" and the message will go away, but my printer won't let you do that. Now, I'm unable to get to the home screen. How do you get rid of this message and go back to the home screen?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an instant ink cartridge error message, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer to fix this issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
