The Ink subscription option feels poorly maintained. It sends me an email informing me I am low on pages and after I pay for more they never arrive. Or if It’ll say your low on pages and charge me mid month for them yet Never send what they charged extra for! The automatic system , why keep charging someone if they can’t even receive the product they paid for and then they make it hard to contact any people who can actually fix it. Why force me to pay for more pages without my consent If I can never obtain them!?[edited]

Thank you for sharing your experience with HP Instant Ink, and I truly hear your frustration. It’s incredibly disappointing when a service meant to simplify your printing life ends up feeling unreliable and impersonal. You deserve better, especially when you're paying for something you’re not receiving. 

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
