My Printer is 1 Year old and doesn't print anymore. the Info button flashes constantly and ive tried everything. Disconected, connected again. Even have a new WIFI because i thought it was because of that. But the only thing the printer Prints is the info page that says :
The printer might not be connected to HP intsant ink anymore.
The printer is logged in in my Wifi with excellent connection and connected to the Internet (it says it all on the page) i need to print out pages urgently please help !!!!

I understand you are not able to print. Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
