HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 6255 with instant ink.  For over a month have had error message "The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer.  It the problem persists, replace the cartridges."  I've already tried all the solutions from the automated agent (unplugging printer, cleaning cartridges, making sure software up to date) and error message does not go away.  However, there does not seem to be a way to just have instant ink send replacement cartridges . . . because the website shows the print is not communicating with the cartridge.  I'm in this catch-22 endless loop and the automated agent "bot" is useless.  When I try to chat with an agent, the website says to try again
