I have been having issue printing for a couple months now. There is always information button flashing. When pressed, prints an information page with message "The printer might not be connected to HP Instant Ink anymore. Except for this page, this printer cannot print with HP Instant Ink cartridges until this connection has been re-established. The printer could not connect to Web Services. The HP server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later. This page does not count towards your HP Instant Ink page count." I have active Instant Ink subscription. Printer is connected to the same wifi as my pc. I don't know what the problem is. I tried to contact HP Support, but only end up with virtual assistance, and I did go through all troubleshooting steps it asked me to do. I unplugged and plugged the printer. I got new set of Ink Cartridge. and Ink is full. I checked for all updates. Still no luck. I have already spent more than 10 hours trying to figure out what's wrong. This is my last hope and hopefully I will get help. Thank you in advance

Try these steps:

Check Internet Connection

Ensure Network Connectivity:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to a stable and working Wi-Fi network. You can check the printer's network connection status from the printer’s control panel.

Restart Network Devices:

  • Restart your router and printer to refresh the network connection.

Reconnect the Printer to Web Services

Access Printer Settings:

  • From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
  • Navigate to Settings and select Wireless Settings.

Restore Network Settings:

  • Restore the network settings to default settings by selecting Restore to Default in the Wireless Settings menu.

Turn On Web Services:

  • Press the ePrint button and follow the prompts to enable Web Services.

Test Instant Ink Connection

Print Network Configuration Page:

  • Print a network configuration page to verify connection details.
  • Press the Wireless button, access the Wireless Settings menu, select Print Report, and then choose Configuration Page.

Check for Instant Ink Status:

  • Verify if the printer reconnects to HP Instant Ink services.
  • Ensure the printer displays its email address and other Web Services settings.

Update Printer Firmware
