The service is about not running out of ink, but I did and nothing has been sent.

Has anybody else had this experience? I have not been sent a cartridge siince 2020, It is nice that the cartridges last that long, but they are suppossed to send the ink BEFORE we run out of it. I am unable to print, and it doesn't look like they have sent anything yet (it's been four days).

It can be more difficult to reach help on the weekend --

For example, I think the  HP Instant Ink support  team does keep normal business hours.
