Hi!
I'm having a problem with the printer.
I'm enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program, so I replaced the ink cartridge with the new one.
The blank cartridge is the problem.
I keep getting the message whenever I put in the new black cartridge, "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty, cartridge. If message reappears again, record message and contact HP."
I originally had a new black ink cartridge, so I replaced it, but I still get the same error message, and it won't print anything.
I have already made several updates and restarted the printer as the virtual assistant suggested.
Please help!
