I have tried through different browsers and through the app and when I ready the page to finalise my subscriptions i receive this message
There was a problem finalizing your subscription. (GSS001)

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription and receiving a "GSS001" error. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.
