tring to enrool a new printer....new account same billing address but keep getting the message"There was a problem finalizing your subscription" all the information entered is correcr anf HP has verified my bank account by taking 1£ from the account (twice). the only thing i can thik of is thatthe new account has the same billlg addresss as an existing accout, i have a another accout where i am paying for my grandso'sn ink......any help gratefully appreciated...

I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription.
Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.

many thks for your reply, i found you sugestion useful but it wasnt the whole answer, i ended up reseting the printer to factory and reinstalling it from scatchincluding signing up for the illusive instant ink.....many thaks s
