Because I have no color ink, I'm unable to print the info sheet or get the HP email address from it. I've been trying to get ink supplies through the HP Smart app
but I get the following error: There was a problem finalizing your subscription

I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to finalize the instant ink subscription.
Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.

I started with Firefox & changed to Edge. Clock on computer is correct. I even tried updating the printer software, which I had to disable & reset to facory settings at one point because HP updated my printer which caused it to not recognize the existing HP ink cartridges in my HP 8715.
