Hi, can someone help please. My printer is showing this error.

This printer is no longer eligible for re-enrolment in the Instant Ink program.

Hi @Vaqy,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • Did you purchase this printer from someone else?
  • Did he/she already had the unit enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program?
  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

If the printer was already enrolled in some other person's name/account, then they have to cancel the previous enrollment and delete the printer from the previous account so you may go ahead and re-enroll to the Instant Ink program.

You may also refer to this document: HP Instant Ink - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
