HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

I am part of HPInstant ink program - I have an abundance of cartirdges - is there a way to pause the program and let my ink catch up with where I am? I know if I cancel the cartidges won't work - but I have 3 black and 2 or 3 of most colors.

Hi @KDorey,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can pause your HP Instant Ink subscription. This feature allows you to temporarily stop your subscription for up to six months, depending on your printer model and plan. However, it's important to note that some printers and plans might not be eligible for pausing. To pause your subscription, you need to sign into your Instant Ink account, verify the serial number of your printer by selecting "Overview," then "Printer Details" in the "Status" area. Afterward, click on "HP Instant Ink" and then "Update Plan" in the left menu .

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
