Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I used to live in Germany and purchased a HP9020e there. Earlier this year we moved to UK. I want to start an instant ink subscription but despite changing all settings (that I can see) to UK, my HP account is still based in Germany. How can I change my Account location so that I can use the same email address and pay in local currency GBP not EUR.

Hi @rich32257

Instant Ink accounts are linked to the country where it was created.

So you may need to cancel your first account and then create a new one.

Important note: please be aware that the ink cartridges that came with your printer from the first location probably could not be used anymore, because they are linked to the first account. And then you may need to replace with new cartridges.

Also remember you have the option to contact HP Support directly to answer your questions:

>>

1.  Cancel your Instant Ink account

2.  Then create a new account using your new location.
