I've got a new HP printer. My current printer works just wanted to upgrade.
Can I reset my Envy4500 printer and give to another user to set up with a new instant ink account?

Hi @GoodnessG,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you want to upgrade your printer and give it to another user to set up instant ink.
You need to first cancel your instant ink account and return all the instant ink cartridges. After the account get cancelled then the new user need to enroll again and use the new cartridge from the welcome kit sent from instant ink. The cartridges that you have will not work with the new account.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
