Hello,

My name is Joseph Hartman. My HP Instant Ink account ID is as follows:

My tri-color HP Instant Ink cartridge stopped working a couple months ago when my printer suddenly detected it as "incompatible" or "not genuine HP ink cartridges.".  However, the tri-color cartridge was in fact a genuine HP cartridge, as I received it directly from HP Instant Ink in the mail a few weeks before the issue occured.

That said, I have attempted to request a new tri-color ink cartridge be mailed to me, as per the agreement I signed up for when I signed up for this service, yet, I have not received the replacement cartridge or any explanation as to why other than accusing me of using generic ink cartridges, which is simply untrue.

 

Please send me a replacement ink cartridge for both black and tri-color immediately. Otherwise, your company offers no value to me anymore and I'll go ahead and cancel all services.

 

I thank you in advance for your expedited attention to implementing a resolution to this matter.
