Hi, I am having a similar problem to many other people by the looks of it, new tri colour cartridge installed before christmas. printed virtually 0 pages and now kids need it for school work due to covid lockdown the colour cartridge has an error. had no low level warning, cleaned with a damp lint cloth several times and still nothing. black is working and still fill as its been used so little until now.
hp ink subscription is a little pointless as you wont even send me a new cartridge as the app says you cannot check the level so cannot send a replacement. can you please help JAY_g24 or any other support agent. losing my mind with the virtual assistant going round in circles.
