I've been printing while on a HP instant ink trial plan. I've gone over my 700 page plan, and instead of going into my rollover pages it has began counting trial pages. What does that mean? Will I be charged?

Hi @Kyle_G1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you're on an HP Instant Ink trial plan and have exceeded your monthly page allowance of 700 pages, the term "trial pages" refers to the additional pages provided as part of your trial subscription. Here's a breakdown of how it works:
Trial Pages vs. Rollover Pages
Trial Pages:
- During the HP Instant Ink trial, you are given a specific number of pages per month to print for free, depending on the plan you're trialing (in this case, 700 pages). If you exceed this monthly limit, HP provides additional "trial pages" instead of immediately charging you for extra pages.
- These trial pages are typically part of the initial trial offer and are provided to give you a bit of flexibility without immediately incurring charges.
- No Charges During Trial: As long as you're within your trial period, you won't be charged for these additional trial pages. However, they are usually limited to a certain number of pages above your plan limit.
Rollover Pages:
- Rollover pages are unused pages from your monthly allowance that roll over to the next month. With your plan, you can roll over up to a certain number of pages (usually equivalent to your monthly plan allowance).
- If you exceed your monthly page limit during a regular billing cycle (after your trial ends), HP will first use any available rollover pages. Once you run out of rollover pages, you will be charged for additional pages according to your plan's terms.
