Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

Trying to contact HP [post edited], I signed in for the free trial of the paper and on my HP page it told me that it was arriving on the 3rd august and it has not arrived. that virtual assistant is a complete waste of time and space. after hours of frustration I did get a chat come up and after 10 minutes of telling him the problem he said that he could not help as I was not in the US. I am disgusted with HP you just cant get anywhere so I think I will just cancel the lot, it just a complete waste of time and money. no customer service at all.
