HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Hi! I've been trying to enroll in HP instant ink. I am in Canada, and whenever I try to put in my address to order it preselects the country as the United States and will not let me change it. Even from the Canadian website it redirects me to the US.

I'm not sure why this is happening.

Hi @destin3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To enroll in HP Instant Ink in Canada and address the issue of being redirected to the US site, try the following steps:

Steps to Enroll in HP Instant Ink:

Use the Correct URL:

  • Make sure you’re using the Canadian HP Instant Ink website: HP Instant Ink Canada.

Clear Browser Cache:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to remove any stored data that might be causing the redirect.

Select Canada as Your Country:

  • If the site automatically selects the US, look for a country or region selector at the bottom of the page. Make sure it’s set to Canada.

Try a Different Browser:

  • Sometimes, using a different browser can help resolve redirect issues. Try using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Disable VPN or Proxy:

  • If you’re using a VPN or proxy service, disable it temporarily, as it might affect your location settings.

Check HP Account Settings:

  • Log in to your HP account and ensure your address settings are set to Canada. Update if necessary.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • If the website continues to give you trouble, try enrolling through the HP Smart app, available for Windows and macOS.

Contact HP Support:

  • If the problem persists, consider reaching out to HP support directly for assistance with enrollment. They can provide guidance specific to your situation.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
