I have just changed my black ink cartridge and have an error not allowing me to log into Instant Ink to check my account. It says "This invitation is no longer valid - contact your printer administrator for a new invitation"

EXACT SAME ISSUE.  This is not an individual printer issue, it is an HP website issue!  I'm trying to call in as I need to print and have to increase my plan tonight, but still on hold.
