i have been trying to pay for a late payment but I have been having real issues trying to set up the payment when my current card information is already on the system can you help me please? I have tried looking at previous payments to hp instant ink but with out the payment details, I can't set one up . I understand payment details are sensitive information so even if there's just a way of finding them or another way of making a payment that might be useful?!

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
