HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer

Hello! I have an HP OfficeJet 5258 and I'm trying to sign up for instant ink. In the app it says the printer needs to be connected to my computer for me to put in an order. However, the app says it is connected! So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to sign up for instant ink. I have attached screenshots that show it is, indeed, connected.
