Product: HP Envy 5020

Hello, 

I bought a 5020 Envy printer in the UK, but am now living in New Zealand.

Here they don't sell the recommended cartridge (304), but they sell the equivalent (65), which is exactly the same. 

However, my printer does not accept the cartridge and says "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer".

 

I am at a loss. I can't buy the cartridge 304 here, but my printer doesn't accept the 65. How do I solve this problem?
