Hi @ALANLZ.,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Verify HP Account and Payment Details:

  • Log in to your HP account on the official HP Instant Ink website.
  • Review your payment information to ensure it is updated correctly. Look for any errors or expired details that need correction.

Confirm Subscription Status:

  • Check the status of your HP Instant Ink subscription. Ensure that it is active and that any suspended services due to payment issues have been resolved.
  • Look for any notifications or alerts regarding your subscription.

Re-Add Payment Method:

  • Try removing the current payment method and re-adding it as a new payment option.
  • Confirm that all billing information matches what is registered with your bank or credit card provider.

Restart Printer and Network:

  • Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a minute before turning it back on.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router to re-establish network connections.

Reconnect Printer to Network:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer. Use the printer’s control panel to check or reset the network connection.
  • Refer to the network setup steps in the HP Smart app if needed.

Log Into HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your Windows 10 computer. If you aren’t logged in, attempt to sign in with your HP account credentials.
  • Verify that the printer appears in the list of devices and that there are no connectivity issues.

I hope this helps.
