Unable to locate link to order ink cartridge return envelopes

I am still unable to get to the link to order the supplies. 

I'm directed here: 

• HP All-in Plan for Print customers: Order return supplies at HP Planet Partners

• https://inktoner-recycle.ext.hp.com/api/route/authorization/userLogin
• Reply: 

  HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

So still unable to get to the page to order return envelopes. Something is not working.

Please check your Private -icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
