Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi...my 12-month old HP ENVY worked fine until this week.

When trying to print, I received an error message saying that the Printer could not communicate with Internet. My wi-fi is showing as ON on printer display and signal excellent. I have tried restoring factory settings. This made no different, and to add insult to injury, receive an error message saying that my Instant Ink plan no longer exists!!!. Any helo would be really appreciated please...

I understand you are receiving communication errors with the instant ink server.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
