I canceled my HP instant ink 2 months ago and I regretted it and wanted to re-enroll again. I am unable to finish my subscription, as it claims that my printer is already registed and at the bottom it says ”message code:: GCPR001” and I’ve been stuck on an endless loop, trying to finish my enrollment.

I’ve tried plugging my printer and switching the catridges. Am I just not allowed to re-enroll after I cancel?IMG_4706.png
