HP ENVY Inspire 7221e All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I recently bought an HP ENVY Inspire 7221e Printer. I've registered already for HP+ and instant ink too, but I've only been able to claim 2 month free trial when the printer box and the flyer inside says 6 month free trial. Can someone please assist?7221e.jpg

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you registered your printer as HP+ or HP standard?

 

If HP standard, you may get only 2 months. 

Since it's mentioned that with HP+, You will get 6 months of free Ink. 

Kindly check and keep me posted. 

 

You may also share a few details to clarify.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
