I signed up for the ink program when I purchased my HP OFFICE jet Pro 9010 printer. I received a shipment. I thought I would start seeing the monthly $2.99 charge by now but have not. I can not see my instant ink account. When I try to check, it looks like you want me to sign up again. I do not want to duplicate my account I just want to be able to check on it when I need to.
