Hello. I am able to print wirelessly from my computer and cell phone... however when I try to sign up for HP Instant Ink, I am trying to get the code from the printer to sign up and am receiving the following error: "Server Connection Error. The printer was unable to connect to the server. Check the Internet connection and try again, or set a proxy address." Since I am able to print wirelessly, I am clearly connected to the internet. I have tried troubleshooting and still can not figure out how to get the code to sign up for HP Instant Ink. One of the workarounds was to look at the email address from the printer, and when I try to do that I receive an error saying there is no email on file. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as apparently I need this code to set the printer up for HP Instant Ink. Thank you in advance!

SO sorry for the delay! I never got notified that this was posted 😞 hoping you can still assist please? If not I will try creating a new post 🙂

 

The below is where it is asking for a code to get set up for Instant Ink - when I try to follow the steps it does not print the code that I need, therefore I am unable to sign up and had to buy the cartridges separately 😞 I was signed up with my last printer and want to be able to sign up with this one. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
