I migrated from an old account and I'm trying to set up InstantInk but getting a message "This printer is already enrolled in HP Instant Ink". Its not showing up in my old account, how do I find out where it is and unenroll it?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

It sounds like your printer is still linked to your old HP Instant Ink account, even though you're not seeing it there. Here's what you can do to find and unenroll the printer from your old account:

 

Check Your Old HP Instant Ink Account

Log in to your old HP Instant Ink account (the one you migrated from) using your old email and password.

Once logged in, go to the Printers & Devices section and see if your printer is listed there.

If it is, remove it from the account. This may be listed as an option like "Unenroll", "Remove Printer", or "Cancel Subscription".
