Unfair price rise! Disgusted!

We'd been on the 9.99 plan for a while and decided to change to 3.49. Before we've even made our first payment we get an email saying it's going up to 4.49. This is WAY above inflation and a pretty disgraceful rise. It's nearly 30%!  In the grand scheme of things you might think £12 a year is not much of an increase, but it's seriously damaged my impression of HP. When this printer gives up the ghost, I'll almost certainly be looking at other brands the way I feel at the moment. As for being a 'valued customer'...pull the other one!
