Why do I have a charge on my debit card from CUSTODIAN WORLDPAY? The amount is €44.99.

Could someone please explain what is happening with this transaction?

Hello, I was informed that an automatic payment (without an amount) had been activated.
I had the same concern and I was about to revoke the direct debit at the bank.
This morning, however, I received the charge on WorldPay, and it clearly indicates Hp Inc Instant Ink, with the amount corresponding to the agreed one (so, no more alarm).
It would have been very helpful if Hp had informed in advance about the platforms it uses; could the moderators here take responsibility for reporting this to the appropriate venue so that it happens?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get this sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.   

 

To locate your account, please provide 

Your registered email address 

Your Instant Ink account ID 

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink 

Confirm your address,

thanks for your reply
Where can I find a way to send you a private message?
Anyway, my issue has been resolved by the charge made to my bank account, which clarified almost beyond any doubt that WorldPay is a platform used by Hp to charge the Instant Ink subscription fee.
My post was to help another user with my experience and to ask Hp to improve communication with its customers.
If you can take this on and report this request to those in charge of administration, we could probably avoid confusion for others who find themselves in the same situation in the future.
