HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

I received a notice on my printer saying printing will be blocked and to go to a specified website to resolve. Being the monthly date for my subscription I guessed it was a new credit card issue so I updated my payment details in my account and Presto(!) an instant payment was rightly charged. However, I noticed on my print and payment history that no page rollovers have been credited for months, even though I've used less than the plan quota each month. Additionally, this month I've had an additional charge for something I have no idea what it is. Can you please resolve why my rollover pages are not being registered, and why I've had a small additional charge this month? Thank you.

Hi Gaya1239

Thank you for your reply.

As mentioned in my first message, I did update my payment details (with a new credit card) and payment was instantly taken by HP. Payment isn't the problem! The problem is that for the past months, according to my reports, my unused pages have not been rolled over at all. (I know they'll only roll over up to a maximum of my subscription allowance, but nothing is being rolled over). Now, I do not seem to be able to even view my paper consumption at all. By looking at another forum, where someone couldn't find their page, I have tried visiting hpinstantink.com/signin as advised in their response, but all that does is load a blank HP page. So I now have two problems; 1. Pages not being rolled over, and 2. I cannot access the page to tell me my paper and ink consumption. PLEASE, can you advise? The printer is otherwise working well.  Thank you. 🙂
