I just looked at my instant Inc. account and for the last several months I have not used all 300 of my available pages on the $11.99 plan. It says that all unused pages should roll over and accumulate to a maximum of 900 available rollover pages. I have zero rollover pages available Even though I’m not using all of the pages during  almost any month. The math just doesn’t add up and it feels like HP is taking advantage of the fact that people probably don’t check their page usage very often to figure this out

I understand the unused pages are not getting rolled over. You are right, the unused pages in your plan should roll over to the next month.

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
