@Krog63, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding unused plan pages!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your unused plan pages are not rolling over, there could be several reasons for this issue:

Rollover Maximum: The maximum rollover balance depends on your plan. If your plan limits the number of pages that can be rolled over, any unused pages above this maximum will be lost when your billing cycle rolls over.

Change in Plan: If you recently downgraded your plan, your rollover page maximum will change according to the new plan. You may lose any rollover pages that exceed your new plan’s maximum allowance.

Page Counts Updated Daily: Page counts are updated about once a day, not immediately. Make sure that your printer is connected to the internet so that page counts can be accurately recorded.

Printing Outside Instant Ink Cartridges: For Instant Ink plans, only pages printed using Instant Ink ink or toner cartridges are recorded. If you used different cartridges, those pages would not be counted in your plan or rollover.

Printer Disconnection: If your printer has been disconnected from the internet, the page counts may not have been updated. Pages are recorded when the printer reconnects, not the date you printed.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
