Hello
I have followed the steps to update my billing more times than I care to mention,now I cannot print at all. I wanted to speak to someone to resolve it but this is not an option. I am using Google chro me to try to update my billing (as recommended) but once I enter and save the billing address I am getting a server error. I need to print something as a matter of urgency now! What do I do?

I understand you are not able to update the billing information on the Instant Ink account.
Try Firefox web browser if available.
If the issue persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support
